All Lemon Grass cartons should be opened within 5 days of recceiving your order. We are proud to say that great care has gone in designing Lemon Grass soap and candle cartons so that our products reach you without the risk of damage. If by chance there are damaged or missing goods please report to Lemon Grass within the 5 day window so we may report it to UPS. Please save the original shipping and a UPS customer service representative will come to inspect it.
